1-Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to addresses throughout Malaysia.
International shipping may be available for selected countries—please check during checkout or contact us directly.
Delivery availability is subject to the serviceable areas supported by our courier partners.
2- Order Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 2–5 business days.
- Delivery to East Malaysia may take 3–7 business days.
- During peak periods or public holidays, delivery times may be extended slightly.
3- Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a specified amount.
- Additional charges may apply for express shipping or delivery to remote areas.
4- Tracking & Notifications

5- Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, redelivery charges may apply.

- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Due to the nature of educational materials, certain items (e.g., opened course kits or printed notes) may not be returnable unless faulty.

8- Changes & Cancellations
