Cancellation & Return Policy

At HT Global Masterclass, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless experience with every course enrollment. This Cancellation & Return Policy outlines our guidelines for cancelling enrollments, returning course access, and requesting refunds.

1- Enrollment Cancellations

  • Enrollments may be cancelled before course materials or access credentials have been delivered.
  • Once a course has commenced or digital content has been accessed, cancellations are no longer permitted.
  • To cancel an enrollment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order or registration details.

1- Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The course or program was not delivered as described.
  • There was an error in access or you received the wrong course.
  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase and before course commencement.
  • Digital materials have not been accessed or downloaded.

Note: Due to the nature of digital content and online education, refunds are not applicable once the course has begun or materials have been delivered.

2- Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  • Contact us at info@htglobalmasterclass.com with your order number and reason for the request.
  • Include relevant documentation or evidence, if applicable.
  • Once approved, refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Administrative or processing fees may apply in some cases.

3- Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Courses already accessed or attended
  • Downloaded digital materials
  • Personalized coaching or consulting sessions
  • Promotional or discounted programs

4- Modifications to Policy

HT Global Masterclass reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website along with the updated effective date.
